An envelope is a packaging product, usually made of planar, flat such as cardboard or paper and designed to contain a flat object, such as paper, a card, or a letter.
A traditional type of envelope is made from a piece of paper cut to one of three shapes: the rhombus (also known as a diamond or lozenge), the kite, and the short-arm cross.
Envelopes are made to be sealed, usually by licking the top of the flap which then activities dried up glue and makes it stick so that the envelope becomes secured and shut and will not open until somebody opens it.
Usually, envelopes are used when sending somebody to something in the mail. Envelopes come in all shapes and sizes and can be small, medium, or large. Usually envelopes contain letters, cards, documents, or other pieces of information such as checks or other form of payment for goods or services.
